01

One platform, not four products

Applied user-centred design methods to integrate four separate products into a single, coherent platform experience. Reduced friction at every handoff point and built consistency across a portfolio that had grown by acquisition.

02

Brand as a strategic asset

Rebranded the company from the ground up: established the visual identity system and activated the new positioning across go-to-market programs, campaigns, and every product surface. The brand became the connective tissue across a fragmented portfolio.

03

Design through acquisition

Supported three acquisitions as the design lead, absorbing new products and their customer bases into a shared experience model. Built a system flexible enough to integrate new products without breaking what existing customers already knew.
