I'm a product design executive with 25 years of experience leading at the intersection of product strategy, customer experience, and business transformation. I build products from blank canvas to launch, align design and engineering around clear experience visions, and turn complex enterprise platforms into products people can actually use.

Currently I'm VP, Product Design at Agiloft, a KKR-backed contract lifecycle management platform, where I led the ground-up design of Astra, the company's next-generation AI-powered platform. We went from nothing to a fully accessible, launch-ready product in six months: design system, complete component library, end-to-end UX flows, and the interaction model for two intelligent legal assistants.

Before Agiloft, I spent seven years at Sovrn, growing from Creative Director to VP, Design. I led an international team of UX, brand, and product designers across every product in the portfolio, integrated four products into a single platform experience, rebranded the company, and supported three acquisitions as Sovrn scaled from $30M to $95M ARR.

My approach connects product, brand, and go-to-market thinking so the customer experience is coherent from first impression through daily use. I translate strategic ambiguity into clear direction, practical design systems, and shared language for cross-functional teams.

I work best in environments where design has a real seat at the table: PE-backed growth stages, platform consolidation, AI-first product development, and anywhere the stakes are high enough that craft actually matters.
